Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

An order may be cancelled before it is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not accepted.

Refund Eligibility

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, or if an approved damaged/wrong-product claim requires a refund, the refund will be processed using an appropriate available method after verification.

Refund Timing

After a refund is approved and initiated by us, the time taken for the amount to appear may depend on the payment provider or bank. We will communicate applicable details when processing the refund.

Damaged / Wrong Product

Any complaint about a damaged or wrong product must be made within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain the product and packaging and provide order details and reasonable photo/video evidence where requested so we can verify the claim.
